摘要


隨著科技的進步,手機的功能越來越強大,手機上所能提供的加值性服務也越來越多樣化,簡訊收送是手機上最顯而易見的加值性服務,因此許多手機使用者透過收送簡訊傳遞文字訊息。 一般簡訊廣告發送者並不曉得接收者目前所在位置,廣告簡訊通常是漫無目的發送,經常耗費相當大的成本,帶來的效益卻相當有限。相關文獻透過定位使用者的位置,發送區域性廣告簡訊,降低漫無目地的簡訊發送所耗費的成本,但是簡訊透過GSM系統發送,就會有成本的考量,發送量大時成本支出是相當可觀的。 因此本論文提出依使用者興趣及位置之訊息發送系統,利用GPS與Cell-ID定位技術定位室外與室內的使用者,並讓使用者設定其有興趣的簡訊類別,避免垃圾訊息的接收,而訊息發送者透過網頁介面發送簡訊,簡訊再經由網際網路傳遞至客戶端,達到發送指定區域簡訊不需簡訊費用。

Due to the advanced technologies, mobile phone has more powerful functions and can provide many different kinds of value-added services. The send and receive text message through Short Message Service (SMS) is a popular one and is utilized by many mobile phone user. Usually, the SMS sender does not know the receiver’s location and advertises SMS aimlessly. Therefore, the sender spends considerable money, but the benefits are quite limited. In order to reduce the sending cost, recently, some researchers proposed the mechanism that utilizes the receiver’s location to advertise SMS. Due to based on GSM, SMS will be charged and the cost is still considerable when the sending quantities are large. In this paper, we present a policy-based location-aware context push system that finds the location for outdoor and indoor users through GPS and Cell-ID. The users may select their interested SMS messages and the senders could push SMS to advertise for specified area through internet. Then, the users will not receive spam message and the senders will not pay SMS cost.
