桃園縣文化資產政策之分析

摘要

桃園在族群的融合方面可以說是相當的多元化的一個地方，也因為如此桃園的文化資產方面可以說是充滿了各種不同族群所一起架構而成，也使得這樣多元化的文化資產在保留上也需要各種不同的政策來作規劃。

桃園素以工商大縣、國際機場所在地為大家熟知，而桃園族群多元的文化加上豐富的山水景觀、草花王國的故鄉、千塘之鄉的美名，交融成屬於桃園的風華面貌，在在顯示桃園是個風景明媚的縣份，但是在所有縣市都積極發展文化產業的同時，該如何突顯地方特色，並永續經營，是個重要的課題。

因此，若是將文化資產作為經濟再發展的動力，由當地居民自發地保存文化資產，進而凝聚社區居民的共識，一方面不僅有助於地方文化資產之保存工作的進行，另一方面更可創造具特色及競爭力的觀光景點，將是文化產業發展的另一契機。

本研究以「桃園縣文化資產政策」為主題，以相關的文化發展背景，來思考地方文化產業在地方發展與文化發展過程中所代表的意義。對於文化產業的資產部份，界定於文化之保存、延續與推廣，惟文化產業之促成經濟效益的產生部份，所包含內容理論範圍廣泛，如行銷、展售、觀光發展等，於文末結論部份做建議。

Therefore, if the cultural property the power which develops again as the economy, spontaneously preserves the cultural property by the local resident, then condensation community inhabitant's mutual recognition, on the one hand not only is helpful preservation work to place culture property carrying on, on the other hand may create has the characteristic and the competitive ability goes sightseeing the scenic spot, will be the cultural industry development another turning point.

This research take "the Taoyuan county culture property policy" as a subject, by the related cultural development background, pondered the place culture industry the significance which represents in the place development and in the culture developing process. Regarding the cultural industry property part, limits preservation to the cultural, continues with the promotion, only the cultural industry facilitates the economic efficiency the production part, contains the content theory scope to be widespread, like the marketing, unfolds sells, goes sightseeing the development and so on, at the end of the conclusion part makes the suggestion.
