自組裝金奈米桿超分子結構複合物之製備與結構性質研究

摘要


本研究為製備金奈米桿之超分子自組裝複合物,並探討不同H2O/DMF比例的混合溶劑對其光學性質的影響。將三聯吡啶(TPY)末端改質為含硫醇末端基的三聯吡啶(TPY-SH),隨後和金奈米桿結合,形成TPY-Au-TPY結構,再分散於於不同比例的H2O/DMF溶液中,觀察其UV-vis光譜圖,可發現金奈米桿的特徵吸收峰會隨H2O含量的增加,造成在圖譜上位移變化,此雙親性複合物亦會形成束狀、束鏈狀、鏈狀或環狀自組裝結構。另外,利用金屬離子與配位基所產生的金屬-配位作用力,將TPY-Au-TPY與過渡金屬釕離子結合,由UV-vis圖譜得知確實會形成釕離子與三聯吡啶配位錯合之特徵吸收峰,以及造成原有的金奈米桿特徵吸收峰強度減弱,而由於釕離子和TPY會形成很穩定的結構,故再以TEM電鏡圖證實確定會形成尾對尾的鏈狀自組裝結構。

The amphiphilic supramolecular Au nanorod complex was prepared to study the effect of different ratio of mixed solvent H2O/DMF on its optical properties. The end-modified TPY-SH covalent bonding on the tips of Au nanorod to form TPY-Au-TPY structure, dissolves in mixed solvent with different ratio of H2O/DMF. The results of UV-vis reveal that the increasing H2O content affects on the wavelength of absorption. It indicates that the self-assembly supramolecular structure changes with solvent ratio to form various supramolecular structures like bundle, bundled chains, chains and rings. The metallo-supermolecular structure is prepared using the metal-coordination interaction between ruthenium ion (Ru2+) and terpyridine ligand to self-assemble the Au nanorods. The UV-vis result shows the formation of coordination complex between ruthenium ion and terpyridine ligand. The TEM images also confirm the formation of the self-assembly structure of end-to-end chain.
