徵授信業務為銀行的主要營業項目,貸款對象的資料審核過程是最重要的關鍵,同時也是最花費時間與成本。徵信人員所提供之財務資訊是否能正確地表達企業的真實現象,以及該資訊是否具有決策的攸關性、正確性與即時性等,都是銀行風險控管所必須考量。 可延伸企業報導語言(eXtensible Business Reporting Language,XBRL)是以XML為基礎所發展的電子財務標準,使電腦可以辨識財務資料中的各項數據,加速財務資訊的交流,提昇財務資訊的整合與透明化,有助於銀行快速處理大量財務資料的彙集與報表編製的正確性,縮減審核過程時所需的成本與時間。 本論文研究目的在於,根據XBRL建立一套容易操作使用於銀行授信業務的系統雛型,協助銀行業進行徵授信業務之使用。使得授信人員能快速正確的審查企業授信資格,幫助銀行確保債權安全與降低授信風險,減少銀行的損失,同時有助銀行發掘優良客戶,促其增加往來,擴增銀行收益。
Credit is an important income in many banks, but it always accompanies risks. Checking customers’ qualifications can help financial institutions ensure a legal right of debt security and reduce risks. As a result, financial institutions always spend lots of money and time in reviewing complex documents of customers’ qualifications. The XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) is a standard based on XML to transport and process credit information. The purpose of this thesis is to build up a credit analyzing and reporting system by utilizing XBRL with Java program language. This system can effectively help financial institutions audit enterprises’ credit conditions, insure the debt securities, lower credit risks, reduce the costs, even find potential good customers and increase revenues.
