應用六標準差的專案手法 改善石英振盪器頻率偏移之研究-以T公司為例

摘要


自1921年W. G. Cady發表有關壓電諧振器之文獻後,壓電材料開始被科學家與工程研究學者們,努力運用與開發在各種新視訊、通訊與資訊互相連結的產品上。在這些電子資訊產品的電路設計裡,都會運用石英晶體振盪器來輸出振動頻率,所以石英晶體振盪器的輸出頻率影響了整個產品的品質。在石英晶體振盪器的製程中,晶片與基底黏著度、晶片厚度、晶片表面粗糙度等,都是影響頻率偏移的主要因子。本研究以六標準差管理手法的流程步驟-DMAIC, 進行石英晶體振盪器偏移的改善,先以價值溪流圖(Value Stream Mapping)將會造成頻率偏移的主要站別凸顯出來找出關鍵品質特性,再利用全因子實驗設計法進行實驗,找出最適合的製程參數組合,進行最適合參數製程能力的驗證,並將最適合參數標準化列為管制項目。

After W.G. Cady published the documents of piezoelectric resonator in 1921 , piezoelectric materials were developed and applied to video-information , communication and many products by engineers and scientists. The logical circuit layout of these electronic products use quartz crystal oscillator to control the frequency and its quality affect the performance of the products. In the manufacturing process of quartz crystal oscillator, the main factors which affect the frequency shift include the adhesion force of the blank with ceramic base, thickness or roughness of quartz blank, etc. This study applies the Six Sigma DMAIC approach to reduce the frequency shift of the quartz crystal oscillator during manufacturing process. It begins by using the value stream mapping to find out the main stations which affect the frequency shift and to identify the critical quality characteristics. Designed experiments utilizing the full factorial design are carried out to identify the optimal operating conditions of significant factors for further verification of the optimal process capability.
