摘要


目前TFT-LCD模組製程中的線缺陷及動作缺陷分析仍依賴相關人員(專家)經驗技術或參考文件等方式來找出缺陷原因並加以解決,但往往耗時費工且無法立即處理,造成企業無謂的損失。而近年來案例式推理也逐漸成為資料探勘預測及分類時一個重要的工具,透過結合前人的經驗及資料發展案例庫,藉此經驗法則推估其之後的製程診斷,此種模式將能幫助工程技術人員更快速解決製程中所產生的問題。 本研究針對TFT-LCD模組製程所產生的線缺陷及動作缺陷,利用案例式推理來建構一套案例庫,可以記錄缺陷現象、缺陷原因及重工方式,並保存至案例庫中,且可反覆再利用,當遇到新案例即從案例庫取回最相似的案例,以提供新案例建議的解決方法;需要時,則修改案例中的解決方法,使結果更符合要解決的問題。本研究透過資料蒐集及專家訪談,以案例式推理的理論及其相似度計算公式為核心方法,針對缺陷現象加以分類並列出缺陷原因及重工方式,利用其指標間相關屬性與相似度,以運用過去案例的經驗來解決新問題的方法,建立TFT-LCD模組製程診斷分析系統,輔助使用者迅速找出缺陷原因及重工方式,經個案公司驗證,顯示此系統確實可行。

The line defect and the movement defect in the TFT-LCD module process still relied on related person’s cumulated experience or referred documents to analyze the reasons of defect and resolve the problems in nowadays. It often required a lot of time and unable to process immediately. In the recent years, case-based reasoning has become an important tool in forecast and classification and it will be able to help the engineers and technicians resolve the problem as soon as possible by using the predecessor's experience in database. This research takes TFT-LCD module process as the studying object and is based on case-based reasoning to establish database which records defect phenomenon, defect reasons and ways of reworking. Those are stored in the database and can be reused repeatedly. When it produces to a new case, the most similar case can be retrieved from the database to be the suggested solution. When the suggested solution is not useful for the problem, it can be revised. This research uses the computational formula for similarity matching. The solutions are classified according to defect reasons and ways of reworking. The attributes and similarities between indexes along with the past experiences are used to solve new problems. We establish the TFT-LCD module process diagnosis and analysis system to assist users in finding out defect reasons and ways of reworking quickly.
