摘要


本研究的目的是利用LabVIEW( Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench )軟體進行Fuzzy控制,並應用於壓力控制系統上。本系統所使用的資料擷取卡是NI USB 6009 的AD/DA卡。首先,必須利用LabVIEW軟體及藉由使用A/D與D/A轉換器,來建立一組AD資料擷取的程式,然後再進行可控制輸出的DA程式設計。接著,我們著手進行模糊邏輯控制與PID控制程式的撰寫。待整體控制程式完成後,我們分別進行設定各種不同的狀況來試驗,並比較各種設定狀況下,系統穩定平衡的優劣。

The goal of this thesis is to use fuzzy logic control algorithm with LabVIEW software and applies them to the pressure control system. In this system, the hardware interface is using AD/DA card of NI USB 6009 to receive data. At first, we must use LabVIEW software and set up the AD channel program that can receive the data by using AD and DA transfer. Then, we design the DA channel program that can control the outputs. Moreover, we begin to implement the fuzzy logic control program and PID control program into pressure control system. Until finishing all the upper steps, we set some different situations to test the system and compare the results with different situations.
