摘要

為了在通用行動通訊服務(Universal Mobile Telecommunications System ; UMTS)中有效率地傳遞多媒體群播內容, 3GPP定義了多媒體廣播群播服務(Multimedia Broadcast/Multicast Service ; MBMS)。然而使用者在存取多媒體群播資料時必須要有一個安全機制以確保存取資料的權利。因此3GPP TS 33.246提出了MBMS的安全機制。本論文提及了MBMS相關知識, 包括核心網路與H.264影像格式, 並針對金鑰管理及多媒體內容加密的部份做一個深入研究。 最後我們實作了一個MBMS Security的系統雛形來驗證多媒體群播資料的全安性。

3GPP defines the Multimedia Broadcast/Multicast Service (MBMS) standard to efficiently deliver multimedia content over Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS). However, there should be a security mechanism to ensure the access of MBMS service users. Therefore, 3GPP TS 33.246 defines the Security of MBMS. In this these we review the knowledge about MBMS including core network and H.264 video standard, and study the key management and multimedia content encryption. And we implement a MBMS Security prototype to test and verify the security of multimedia content.
