危險路段辨認及提醒之系統設計

摘要


隨著時代的進步,現在的人越來越重視交通安全,國內大客車都必須安裝行車紀錄器,但安裝了行車紀錄器並不能有效的避免交通事故發生,還必須搭配後端軟體來做管理,評估駕駛以及路段。本文使用數位式行車紀錄器來收集駕駛的行駛資訊,並將這些寶貴的行駛資訊做資料倉儲,再對行駛資訊做分析,將各個時間點上的行駛資訊對應到相對應的路段,將零零散散的行駛資訊匯集成路段資訊,並嘗試建立路段危險性指標,以快速的分析出容易發生危險駕駛行為的路段,進而建立一套線上系統,提供駕駛者或者管理人員瀏覽所有資訊的介面。透過此線上系統的建立,讓行駛資訊得以保存,而分析出的潛在危險路段資訊,則提供道路改善人員改善道路的依據,也可提供任務分配者做路線危險度評估時的參考。最後提出相關系統改善以及建議。 研究結果顯示,危險路段的分析需要有足夠的資料量,包括單一路段的行駛資料以及許多不同路段的資料以用來排名及訂定門檻值,這樣結果才能被大家接受;而透過快速的分析資料所產生的路段資訊,對於駕駛、任務管理者、道路改善人員都有很大的幫助,並且可以將分析出來的危險路段資訊應用於道路提醒、路段改善等方面,讓大眾在行的方面獲益良多。

With the progress of the times, present person pay attention to traffic safety more and more, domestic motor bus must installation tachograph, but installation tachograph can not preventing traffic accident effective,must also match the back end software to manage and assess drivers and roads.This research use digital tachograph to collect the information of drivers,and put these valuable information into data warehouse, and then make analysis to the data,then make each driving information at each time match to corresponding section of a road, gather the scattered information of going into the information of section,try to set up the index of section of roads,to find hazardous section of a road faster.and then set up a set of on-line systems,to provide the interface to support drivers and managers to view all information. Through this on-line system, it can kept driving data to let, and the information of potential dangerous road sections which were analysed through system, offer the road improving person the base of improving road,also offer the road dangerous degree of the path of a mission to task manager.Propose the improvement and suggestion of relevant systems finally. The result of study shows, the analysis of the dangerous highway section needs enough data, including the driving data of one section and a lot of different section inorder to rank and stipulate threshold value of hazardous section of a road, in this way the result could be accepted by everybody. And through fast analysis road section information materials produce,for drive,task administrator,road improve personnel have heavy help,and the information of hazardous section of roads that can come out analysing applies reminding, improved to the road...etc,let the masses benefit a lot in trafic.
