2008年對全球電子產業而言是個嚴峻的寒冬,今年度異於往年的產業循環讓整個地球都措手不及,素有工業之母美名的PCB印刷電路板產業也無法躲過這波金融海嘯帶來的衝擊。 本論文研究主要針對印刷電路板產業,以兩家個案公司與兩家主要顧客為實證分析研究對象,研究期間自民國96年1月至98年1月,運用個案分析方法、提出三種不同層級的競爭力概念,深入訪談法及多重資料驗證法,探討印刷電路板產業競爭力策略與顧客關係衡量兩者受「競爭環境」、「核心能力」、「核心資源」、「競爭策略」所牽動的影響因素做探討﹔期望能了解競爭力與顧客關係管理實務之關聯及影響。 關鍵字:核心能力;核心資源;競爭策略
A Study of Relationship between Corporate Competition and Customer Relationship Management for Taiwan Printed Circuit Board Industry This thesis studied the relationship between corporate competition and customer relationship management on PCB industry; we studied on two case companies and their two major customers from year 2007 to year 2009.and try to analyze some factors like 「external environment competition」、「core competence」、「core resource」 and 「competition strategy」that will impact the relationship between competition and customer relationship of PCB industry.
