在製作觸控面板的過程中,當將電容式觸控面板與防護膜層貼合在一起時,兩片玻璃的組合良率很低。當重新再製造時,由於所用之玻璃基材是相同的,使得所用之材料和所需之工時都是很大的浪費。在此論文中,提出一種針對觸控面板結構的新設計和一套新製程,以改善低良率的問題。經由多次實驗發現,僅需增加兩道額外的製程,來製作遮蔽層及平坦層。不僅如此,依照量度數據知,這種作法確可提升生產良率,並可同時地使產品達到薄型化的效果。
When the capacitive touch panel and the protective film were bonded together, the combination yield of the two glass substrates in the process for manufacturing the touch panel is very low. Because glass substrates are the same, both of the material used and the working hour needed are largely wasted when the remanufacturing process was proceeding. In this thesis, a new design for the structure of the touch panel and a new manufacturing process were proposed to improve the problem of low yield. After numerous experiments, we found that only two additional processes of producing the shielding layer and the flat layer are necessary. Moreover, according to measurement data, this solution can actually increase the production yield and simultaneously make the panel device thinning.
