基於多專家系統的ZigBee室內定位技術

摘要


近幾年來在ZigBee傳感網路的研究中,許多不同的定位系統演算法被提出。假設這些演算法在不同的sensor-covered中,他們定位精準度是不一樣的,於是我們提出一個基於Multi-Expert的增強ZigBee定位精準度的演算法。我們的作法是,首先訂定reference sensor的位置,當一個Blind sensor要求定位服務時,動態挑選機制將會啟動,系統會動態挑選訊號強度最強的reference sensor來運算,通過動態 選擇最可靠的定位演算法,因此我們提出的Multi-Expert演算法能夠達到較高的定位精準度。本文實驗運用ZigBee傳感網路在室內環境中。實驗結果表明,我們所提出的Multi-Expert方法,明顯的比其他的定位方法,更精準的達到估計的定位結果,包括Gradient search、Multidimensional Scaling、和傳統的傳播模型。

Previous studies have shown many different indoor positioning systems in ZigBee sensor networks. Assuming that their performance are different in different sensor-covered regions, this paper proposes an enhanced ZigBee localization algorithm based on a multi-expert approach. When a blind sensor requests location services, individual positioning methods first localize the sensor. Then the most reliable mechanism is dynamically determined according to the identification of the strongest reference sensor. By dynamically selecting the most reliable base positioning algorithm, the proposed multi-expert approach achieves higher positioning accuracy. The experiments were conducted in the realistic ZigBee sensor networks in indoor environments. Experimental results demonstrated that this multi-expert approach apparently achieves more accurate estimation than the involved based positioning methods including the Gradient search, Multidimensional Scaling, and the propagation model selection.
