3D影像懸浮裝置之作品創作與展示效果評估

摘要


裸眼式3D立體顯示器的開發與應用已蔚為潮流, 3D影像懸浮裝置也開始應用於商品的展示上,其優點為觀者除了毋需佩戴任何的設備即可觀看3D影像懸浮的視覺效果外,更能整合實體的展示商品與多媒體數位內容。本研究除了詳細探討3D影像懸浮裝置在數位內容創作上的相關考量外,並實際創作「Neptune」與「四季瓶」兩件作品,以比較使用此裝置做為展示平台與傳統使用木製展示平台的展示效果差異。 研究結果發現,「Neptune」作品在吸引力上可提高7.5倍,參觀者的持續觀看時間亦可提高8倍左右。而「四季瓶」作品在吸引力上提高5.5倍,也因為此作品有增加按鈕互動及影片內容時間較長,參觀者的持續觀看時間更提高16倍左右。此外,觀者對於3D影像懸浮裝置的觸摸與討論行為也皆比傳統木製展示台來的多。 另在針對參觀完「四季瓶」作品的觀者做抽樣訪談,訪談結果發現觀者對於3D影像懸浮裝置,應用於商業及國中小學的教育上皆抱持可行、正面的態度。觀者並會因為對於3D影像懸浮裝置內的影像以及按鈕互動的功能產生好奇而駐留觀看。參觀者並提出將3D影像懸浮裝置尺寸做更大,則可達到更好展示效果等相關建議。

A 3D monitor which enables people to see the objects with their naked eyes has long been a novel trend. Moreover a 3D image-suspension display device has been applied to the exhibition of commercial products. The advantage of this device is that, in addition to 3D visual effects available to naked eyes, it can integrate the display of commercial products and virtual multimedia contents. This study explored in detail about the digital content production of 3D image-suspension display device, and two creative works entitled as "Neptune" and "Four Seasons Wooden Bottle" respectively, were used to compare the differences between this device and the traditional wooden display platform. The results showed that, "Neptune" has increased the attraction factor of exhibition 7.5 times, the factor of “continuous viewing time” has also improved about 8 times. The "Four Seasons Wooden Bottle" improved the attraction factor 5.5 times. Since the interactive buttons were added and video content lasted longer, the factor of continuous viewing time increased about 16 times. In addition, the discussions and interests of viewers for the 3D image-suspension display device were more than the traditional wooden display device. Another study of the viewers interviewed after seeing the "Four Seasons Wooden Bottle" found that the 3D image-suspension display device could be applied to the commercial exhibition, and the primary and secondary school education. Visitors also indicated that the effect would be further enhanced if the size of display device could be made larger, or the viewers could be allowed to perform more interactive actions with the digital contents.
