TFT-LCD間隙球滑移運動之研究

摘要


本論文主要為TFT-LCD﹙薄膜電晶體液晶顯示器﹚面板經過製程中超音波洗淨振動,所造成的間隙球滑移運動之研究。首先針對已發生間隙球滑移之面板,進行深入的分析及探討,然而進一步的發現TFT-LCD面板受超音波洗淨振動作用下,會造成的間隙球滑移現象,再藉由摩擦力理論,探討面板內間隙球的滑移狀況。研究中主要選用不同的Spacer特性,例如硬度、粒徑、回復率、以及跟表面處理層有相關的固著性對於間隙球滑移運動的影響。

This thesis studies the slip motion of spacers induced by the vibrating of ultrasonic cleaning during TFT-LCD process. First, we analyzed and discussed the slip motion of spacer of TFT LCD panel and discovered that the vibrating of ultrasonic cleaning led to the slip motion of spacer. According to the theories of friction, we described the slip motion phenomenon of the spacer. The effects of various parameters, such as the size, hardness, elasticity, surface treatment layer of the spacer, were investigated in this study.
