液晶顯示器用偏光板裁切45度二維方形版型之排版問題

摘要


液晶顯示器(LCD)具有薄型化、低耗電量等優點,使得液晶顯示器產品在近幾年大幅成長,由於液晶面板的需求逐年提升,各家面板製造廠商無不卯足全力擴大產能,希望藉由擴大產能取得競爭優勢,使得出貨數量逐年升高,但同時也造成供給過剩造成價格下跌之壓力。 偏光板是液晶顯示器主要的直接材料之ㄧ,當液晶顯示器售價降低時,液晶顯示器面板廠商勢必從降低生產所需的原物料成本著手,也就是液晶顯示器所有的直接材料供應商必須面臨降低售價來爭取訂單的趨勢。而偏光板之主要關鍵材料T A C膜(三醋酸纖維素薄膜,Triacetate Cellulose Film),全球T A C膜市場長期掌握在日本富士與柯尼卡美樂達兩家大廠手中,二者合計超過8成以上,因而係屬寡佔市場,使得偏光板業者購原料時議價空間有限。 偏光板製造商在對原料的議價空間有限的情況下,只能朝向提升生產效率及原材的使用率。本研究透過實驗設計的方式找出影響生產效率的主要因子,針對主要因子加以對策來提升生產效率。提升原材的使用率是在原材的有效面積內產生最多的產品,而要達到提升原材料的使用率必須透過裁切刀模有效的排版來達成。本研究針對刀模排版的各種方式加以說明,並以實例驗證結果,希望透過刀模的有效排版來提升原材的使用率,降低成本,提升競爭力。

The advantages of LCD monitor are thin and low power consumptions, it make the sales amount of LCD products grows quickly. Because the demand of LCD panel increase gradually, every LCD panel maker do it’s best for increasing productivity capacity to win the first position in the market. Of course, that makes the shipping quantity also grows year by year and at the same time, the price is going down due to over supply. Polarizer is the key component of LCD monitor. When the prices of LCD monitor decreases at the consumer market, the LCD maker has to reduce the material cost first. That makes all material vendors adopt the low price strategy to get more orders from LCD makers. But the vendors of key material of Polarizer, TAC, are FUJI and KONICA. They hold 80% above market share in the world. Therefore, Polarizer makers do not have the price negotiation space with TAC makers. Due to no price negotiation space with TAC vendors, Polarizer makers should improve their own production efficiency and usage rate of material. Apply design of experiment to find out the root causes of production efficiency and focus on these main causes to obtain the total solutions. In the Polarizer industry, maximum usage rate of material means the maximum products are produced at the same area of materials. To reach this target, the best knife layout should be created and used for production. This study focuses on explanation of knife layout methods and provides the examples for proving it.
