摘要


911後世界各國都致力於基礎建設保護研究,並且開發屬於各自國家的防禦機制與計畫。基礎建設關聯關係分析是基礎建設保護的核心,因為基礎建設間彼此相互關聯,當基礎建設遭到攻擊時,將會影響到其他建設,甚至影響經濟與民生。 本研究中,開發出一套適用於台灣的關聯關係模擬分析系統。本研究針對本實驗室上一版的模擬系統做改良外,我們利用模擬之後的記錄描述進行基礎關聯關係弱點分析。本系統可有效地輔助分析者識別基礎建設弱點。以輔助CIP決策,提升基礎建設保護的能力。

After 911 major developed countries are committed to research in CIIP, CIIP is viewed as part of national defense mechanisms. Infrastructure interdependency is the core of CIIP. When an infrastructure was attacked, the interdependence among infrastructure may cause ripple effects among them which may even affect economy and people livelihood. In this research, we developed a simulator to analyze the vulnerability of CIP. Due to interdependency in Taiwan. Beside modification to the preview version of the CIIP simulator constructed by our LAB, this research focused on the interdependency effect analysis based on the log filer generated by the simulator. We emphasized on interdependency of physical infrastructure. Our analysis system can effectively assist the analyze to identify the vulnerable points in the CIIP, to help decision-makers to improve CIIP capability
