本論文主要探討保經代業者面臨了稅務爭議及業務資訊透明化的考驗、與保險公司矛盾的競合關係、費率自由化後保費收入降低,佣金收入減半等問題,以及兩岸金融往來三法通過後,開啟了保經代業通往中國市場的大門,在接二連三的挑戰下,機會與挑戰同時降臨。保經代公司前方究竟是康莊大道,還是荊棘之路?保經代公司未來的發展趨勢為何?其競爭力又在哪裡?本研究藉由深度訪談方式,訪談保險公司及經代人公司高階主管及經理人,以探討經代公司經營發展的策略及如何強化自身的競爭力。經由文獻回顧,問題設計,建立研究架構,以經營策略,如擴展事業版圖、策略聯盟合作、差異化行銷等構面,來探討影響保險經代人通路之競爭力。其次再探討監理機關的限制及監理法規的變動影響經代公司經營的層面。
This study primarily explores how insurance brokerage and agency firms face the taxation disputes and the challenge of information transparency in their business, the problems of contradictory competition and cooperation with insurance firms, lowered income from premiums after the liberalization of fee rates, halved commissions, as well as after opening of the Chinese market for the industry of insurance brokerage and agencies after the three laws on financial exchange between Taiwan and China were passed. With these challenges, opportunities and challenges came at the same time. In front of insurance brokerage and agency firms, is there a wide and flat path, or a road paved with thorns? What is the developmental trend of insurance brokerage and agency firms in the future? How are they competitive? This study uses in-depth interview methods to interview senior directors and managers at insurance firms and brokers and agents, in order to explore the management and developmental strategies of brokerage and agency firms, as well as how they strengthen their own competitiveness. This study uses literature review and question design to establish a research framework, using the management strategy, such as expansion of business territory, cooperation of strategic alliances, and differential marketing to explore the influence on competitiveness of insurance brokerage and agency channels. Then, this study explores how limitations of supervisory institutions and changes in supervisory regulations have affected the management aspects of brokerage and agency firms.
