一個轉換H.264/AVC視訊串流之單條帶架構為多條帶架構的方法

摘要


本論文提出一個在H.264/AVC中,將影像從單條帶架構變成多條帶架構的方法,所提方法適用於基準配置文件(Baseline Profile)的影像,因為串流在無限網路傳輸因封包遺失,導致熵解碼無法依照正確長度解碼並影響到之後的條帶資訊,以致最後無法解出影像正確內容。主要利用同畫面條帶不能相互參考的限制,藉由改變H.264串流影像參考方式,並加入必要條帶參數,讓原本影像的單條帶架構能分成多條帶架構。所提方法可以在有通道錯誤的網路環境中傳輸影像,用以強化後續影像進行修補工作。 關

In this research, we proposed a method of transform a single-slice structure to multiple-slice structure for H.264/AVC baseline video stream. Due to huge channel error and packet loss in wireless network, the process of entropy decoding in H.264 cannot decode correctly in such situation. It may cause huge damage and error propagation at the frame where errors occur, and those frames who make references to that frame. Based on H.264/AVC specification, slices cannot make a cross reference in the same frame. Hence, to transfer single slice structure into multiple slice structure, it is required to change slice references and insert new slice header. The proposed method can be used to transfer video stream over error channel, and recover the damaged frames with high quality.
