本論文主要在探究尼特族之勞動心理,檢視其形成原因,並瞭解非典型就業的特性對其就業之阻、助力為何,進而對如何促進尼特族就業提出解決策略之建言。 研究者以質性研究取向,深度訪談方式取得8位尼特族青年、4位尼特族父母及2位專家學者意見後提出研究發現。其一為尼特族可依本研究所定之分類模式區分為四種類型:逐夢型、沈潛型、喪志信型及溺愛型。其二,非典型就業的彈性化特質對尼特族進入勞動市場有所助益;尼特族在參與非典型就業後會因為該工作勞動條件的不佳而降低其進入勞動市場的意願。最後建議為解決尼特族問題,政府應成立專責部門,建立彈性安全制度及創造更多元性的非典型工作職缺;家庭部門應減少溺愛並尊重職業選擇;尼特族則應多方探索自我、善用資源並累積就業技能及成就動機以重回勞動市場。
This thesis to explore the Bennett family's work in psychology, to view its causes, and understand the characteristics of atypical employment, the employment of their resistance, why help, and thus how to promote the Bennett family employment strategies put forward suggestions to solve. Researchers in qualitative research approaches, in-depth interviews to obtain 8-bit family of young Bennett, four parents and two Bennett family views of experts proposed a study found. Second, the atypical nature of the employment elasticity of the labor market for Bennett family has been helpful; Bennett family will participate in atypical employment, working conditions because the working poor reduce their willingness to enter the labor market . Bennett family to resolve the final recommendations, the Government should establish a dedicated department to establish a more flexible security system and to create diversity of atypical job openings; spoil the household sector should be reduced and respected career choices; nits should be multi-ethnic self-exploration , the cumulative use of resources and employment skills and achievement motivation to return to the labor market.
