結合萃思以及IPC分類來分析專利的研究架構-以鋰電池專利為例

摘要


專利文獻包含了重要的資訊,例如市場研究和產品開發。但閱讀大量的專利文獻,總是會耗費了過多的時間及人力。在這項研究中,將藉由結合萃思以及IPC分類針對專利文獻進行分析。讓使用者可以不用閱讀冗長的專利文獻便可從中接收到關鍵的資訊。 透過萃思分析專利文獻中對發明物本身特性的闡述,得出的資訊剛好可以補足IPC分類只注重應用領域的分類方式。有別於傳統的專利地圖分析,本研究架構可以帶出更清晰的視野以及專利應用領域和發明物本身之間的關係。

Patent documents contain important information for marketing research and product development. However, patent documents are massively accumulated which not only take time but human’s efforts to read through all the documents. In this research, a framework of integrating TRIZ and IPC classification will be approached for patent analysis in order to receive the crucial information without reading through the documents. TRIZ can reveal the features of the inventions described in patent documents which compensate IPC classification that only considers the application fields. Different from the traditional patent maps which only analyze the categories in patent documents, this research framework can bring out a clearer view of patents and the relations between application fields and inventions it selves.
