HID氣體放電燈企業經營策略之研究-以X公司為例

摘要


全球能源吃緊,節能減碳形成風潮,燈光照明佔電力供應相當比例。LED挾多項優越條件趁勢而起,應用面極為廣泛,但在市場一片看好聲中,HID(High Intensity Discharge)氣體放電燈透過安定器之改良,將大功率照明燈推進到一嶄新的世代。 在照明產業經營環境的變動下,本研究將以路燈照明為主要構面,分析國內外路燈照明之產業發展環境,並藉由探討個案公司內部的競爭優勢及可運用的資源,協助個案公司找到在照明產業適當的發展策略,亦提供給國內有意進軍節能照明產業的廠商作為投資時的策略參考。

The situation of Global Energy is critical nowadays, “Energy Saving and Carbon Emission Reduction” has become more and more popular. Lighting is accounted for a substantial proportion of electricity supply, the LED business is growing fast due to taking the favorable conditions and it could be widely applied. In spite of the LED in this good status, the HID Power light still is moving forward to a new generation after the ballast improved. In the lighting business changed condition, this research is focused on the road lighting and to analyze the different development environments from the domestic and the international. By means of the case company’s internal competitive advantage and available resources, assist this company to find an appropriate development strategy in the lighting business. Also, it can be referenced when other local manufactures who are intend to make the investment of the energy-efficient lighting industry.
