自美國在2000年遭到911攻擊後,世界各先進國家均非常重視民生基礎建設的保護。基礎建設提供了人們日常生活所需,如電力、供水、交通等等,一旦基礎建設遭到了破壞而無法正常運作時,將會造成社會安全與民生問題。因此基礎建設的保護是一個非常重要的問題。 在各國家的國防部門或是學術單位皆有很多的基礎建設保護研究,也有各種程式模擬器,但截至目前為止似乎較少有三維視覺化的模擬器,多是二維平面的模擬器,這樣無法提供一個比較真實性的分析環境。針對上述問題,本研究擴充本實驗室所開發的模擬器,以提供出一個具有三維模擬並結合Google Earth地理資訊系統的模擬器。此外,我們也為模擬平台功能模組化,提出一個模擬平台架構,且在實體建設保護模擬器中加入了內部破壞的事件分析,來觀察內部儀器遭到破壞而產生的影響。
Since the 911 terrorist attacks on the US, major developed countries have emphasized on critical infrastructure protection. Critical infrastructures provide supports to people’s daily life; such infrastructures Include electricity, water, transportation, etc.. Once a critical infrastructure was attacked and does not function properly, it will cause social security and livelihood problems. Therefore, Critical (Information) Infrastructure Protection (CIIP or CIP) is a very important issue. There are a lot of CIIP research supported by defense departments and academia in major countries. A variety of CIIP simulators have been constructed, but most of them are two-dimensional; few are three-dimensional to reflect the reality. For the above reason, this research expanded a previous simulators developed by our laboratory to provide a three-dimensional animation combining with Google Earth. In addition, we also proposed a software architecture for the simulator platform developed in our lab. An insider attack event tree has also been added to the simulator of the physical protection system.
