利用溶膠凝膠法製備抗靜電光學膜材之研究

摘要


本研究採用溶膠凝膠法製備無機/有機混成材料,利用胺丙基三乙氧基矽烷(Aminopropyltriethoxysilane,APTES)製備抗靜電膜材,因為APTES擁有親水性胺基,可消散材料表面電子,形成抗靜電效果,依照實驗條件加入有機單體(2-hydroxythyl methacrylate , HEMA與Methyl methacrylate monomer,MMA),在添加無機網狀聚合體(Methacryl POSS)進行反應。無機/有機複合薄膜藉由傅立葉轉換紅外線光譜儀(FTIR)分析結構、紫外光/可見光光譜儀分析光學特性、熱重分析儀測定其熱性質、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)觀察膜材表面顆粒情形、接觸角分析對膜材表面電阻的影響以及利用鉛筆硬度測其硬度。實驗結果發現無機/有機複合膜材因共價鍵結,讓有機分子在無機粒子形成保護層來阻礙粒子團聚,使無機粒子能均勻分散在膜材中,並添加多立面體無機矽氧烷寡具體(POSS),利用Methacryl POSS網狀結構提升膜材的硬度,再搭配有機高分子穿插在無機網狀孔洞裡,來解決膜材破碎的情形。更重要的是APTES擁有親水性胺基能有抗靜電效果,可運用在抗靜電產品上及防塵產品上。

This study of using sol-gel method to prepare inorganic / organic composite material, the using of amine propyl triethoxy silane (Aminopropyltriethoxysilane, APTES) prepare anti-static membrane.Because of the unique functional group -NH2 of APTES to reach electrostatic charge dissipation, the formation of antistatic effect,by experimental conditions to adding organic monomer(HEMA and MMA) and in the inorganic network polymer (Methacryl POSS). Inorganic / organic composite films by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis of the structure, UV/visible spectrometer optical properties, thermal analysis to measure the thermal properties, scanning electron microscopy observation of the membrane surface particle condition, the contact angle analysis of the surface resistance of the membrane and hardness. Experimental results showed that inorganic / organic composite membranes due to covalent bonding, so that organic molecules form a protective layer on the inorganic particles to block particles reunion, so inorganic particles can be dispersed in the membrane, the facade and adding a Polyhedral Oligomeric Silsesquioxane(POSS),and using of network structure of Methacryl POSS membrane can enhance the hardness, and then interspersed with the organic polymer in the holes in the inorganic network to solve the condition of broken membranes. More importantly, have a hydrophilic amino APTES to have anti-static effect, the product can be used in anti-static and dust-proof products.
