金融風暴影響壽險公司經營之研究 -以A公司為例

面對全球經濟性金融風暴的挑戰，企業皆希望能夠安然渡過金融危機，期待全球產業早日擺脫萎縮困境，恢復信心追求穩定成長。本研究將以A公司為例，在壽險業經歷金融風暴前後之業務比較，透過相關數據分析是否影響經營績效結果之個案研究，使更加瞭解壽險業業者經營管理之經驗與方法、以及金融風暴後A公司的因應措施與決策；除此之外，A公司更能從金融風暴期間所衍生出的金融投資問題的經驗，給予金融保險業提供進一步加強危機處理應變的能力，使壽險業經營管理階層擁有克服危機的信心與途徑，此外保戶未來應更加重視保險理財的完善規劃確保自身權益，同時保險公司為增加業務量更需拓展現有保險的經營市場與範圍進而擴大業務版圖，以使公司達到永續經營的目的。個案公司雖遭逢金融風暴侵襲傷害，業務績效仍能不受風暴影響依然能迎頭趕上壽險業界、A公司持續追求卓越的精神，真是銳不可當，值得同業的稱許與讚揚。也非常值得國內保險業或其他相關金融產業，作為深入學習與傚仿的模範。

To face the challenges of the Global Economical Financial Meltdown, the enterprise hopefully wants to pass the financial crisis for safety; and then expects for the Global Industry can break away from the dilemma of recession, afterward restores the confidence to pursue the stable growth. My study will set an example with A company, and make business comparison with Insurance industry that has undergone the financial meltdown between before and after. Next, for the individual case study that whether influences the result of management achievements or not by relative analyzable data; furthermore, knows the experiences and methods of the entrepreneur of Insurance industry how to operate and manage the company and the accordant measures and strategic decision of A company after financial meltdown. In addition, A company even can give financial Insurance industry to provide further ability to enhance solve crisis from the period of financial meltdown that makes the derivative and the experience of financial investment problems; to let the rank of manager of Insurance industry have the confidence and short path to overcome the crisis, besides insurance clients need to take the perfect plan of insurance seriously than before to ensure self rights in the future, and then insurance company would like to increase business amount to expand recent insurance manageable market and range in further to broaden business domain, so that the company can reach the purpose of permanent operation. Though individual company faces the attack and harm from financial meltdown, management achievements still not influences by the crisis, in contrast to trying to catch up Insurance industry. The prestigious spirit of A company to keep pursuing is really sharp that can’t keep off. It is worthy to receive such praise and honor from colleagues. Also, it deserves domestic Insurance industry and another relative financial industry can learn from and imitate as a paragon deeply.
