指導老師領導風格與成員人格特質對團隊效能之影響-以大學生製作資訊專題為例

摘要


在這競爭激烈的社會,商業環境快速的變化,企業為因應這瞬息萬變的環境,開始採用專案團隊的運作方式,而專案團隊導向的工作方式,因為特定的目標而成立,成員是來自不同領域的專家,在經過有效領導的整合之後,成員間彼此互動、溝通及協調,發揮一加一大於二的力量,使組織的績效趨於完善。因此企業組織若能善加利用專案團隊的工作形態,將能得到更多利益與好處。本研究探討成員人格特質與團隊效能之關係,指導老師家長式領導風格為調節變數。採用問卷調查方式,取得364份有效樣本,樣本以有資訊專題的學系為主,四年級且已完成資訊專題的學生為對象。資訊專題的時間為三年級下學期開始至四年級上學期結束,為期一年。研究發現,成員人格特質外向性、經驗開放性與勤勉審慎性對任務績效與整體團隊效能有顯著正向影響。仁慈領導對外向性與任務績效、外向性與整體團隊效能、神經質與任務績效間有調節效果。

In response to rapid changed and competitive business environment, corporate begins to use project teams as a mode of business operation. The project team is established for specific goals, and its members are experts coming from various fields. After the integration with effective leadership, the members interact, communicate and coordinate with each others. It tends to improve the performance of organization. Therefore, if organizations can make good use of project teams, organizations will be able to get more benefits and advantages. This study is looking into the relationship between personality characteristics of team member and team performance. Paternalistic style leadership of the instructor acts as a moderator. Totally 364 valid samples were obtained through questionnaire survey. Subjects are senior students completed their team projects on information topics from department of information management. This study found that personality traits of members such as extraversion, openness, and conscientiousness have a significant and positive effect on task performance and overall team performance. Besides, this study also found that benevolent leadership have moderating effects between extraversion and performance, between extraversion and overall team effectiveness, between neuroticism and performance.
