摘要


印刷電路板是所有的電子產品之母,現在所有的電子產品幾乎都需要電力才能運作,也是都必需要透過印刷電路板做為媒介以傳導電力。現在幾乎所有的通訊、醫療、家電器材、航空以及軍事等產品中都可以見到印刷電路板的蹤跡。在過去一、二十年來,台灣大型印刷電路板企業大量的遷移至大陸,而沒有離開的中小企業紛紛進行組織內的重整,然而中小企業在面臨微利的競爭市場與人力成本壓力之下,委外策略的推行,將會更加影響每一個產業供應鏈之間相互共存的緊密合作關係。本研究主旨在探討如何選擇委外合作供應商夥伴,個案分析中選定的訪談對象,透過深入訪談及代工供應商績效的評估,提出供應商現況分析、結果及建議,作為少量多樣製造業在實務上的參考。

Printed circuit board as the mother of all electronic products,now almost all electronic products require power to operate,but also need to use the circuit through the printed circuit board as a media to conduct electricity。So now almost all of the equipment communication products, information products, equipment, home appliances products, aviation products and military products can be found the Printed circuit board traces。In recent years because of the global electronics industry slowdown,have the potential of electronic products for our printed circuit board industry to becoming important。 Our printed circuit board industry output is about to become the number one in the world nearly two years,latest the new technology of printed circuit board developments brought lots of attention from the manufacturer。it is a Serious issue to think deeply after our position in Printed circuit board industry changed,to keep eyes on the impact which new technology affect on and evaluate the possibility to invest to lead the trend。
