電視益智節目成功因素之探討 - 以「百萬小學堂」為例

摘要


本論文研究運用Herzberg所提出的「雙因子理論」作為基本論述之基礎及研究發展的基礎架構,透過相關研究案例之研究探討與分析,奠基於「雙因子理論」的架構下探討分析『電視益智節目的成功因素』,我們要研究益智節目的成功因素將以《百萬小學堂》節目為個案範例進行相關評估,我們蒐集益智節目的相關書籍與資料,同時蒐集《百萬小學堂》的各類資料,並依據個案進行訪談,再將所有蒐集的資料整理和分析,從「雙因子理論」中的兩個面向「保健因子」與「激勵因子」的角度,分析、評估本研究個案相關可能的成功因素,最後,依據研究的分析與發現找到『電視益智節目的成功因素』各種關連性因素,呼應傳播媒體業評估節目成功與否最重要的兩項實證就是節目的「收視率」和「廣告」,『電視益智節目的成功因素』各項因素連結與互動關連下促成的結果就是節目的高「收視率」和滿檔的「廣告」,藉以具體提出評估結論及後續建議。

This thesis proposed the use of Herzberg's "two-factor theory" as a basis for discussion and research of basic infrastructure development. Through research and analysis of Case Studies, founded on the "two-factor theory" under the framework of analysis "TV quiz show program success factors ", we have to factor in the success of quiz shows programs will be" millions of small school "program as a case example of the related evaluation. We collected books and quiz show programs related to information, and collect" millions of small schools " types of information, and based on interviews with the case, then all the collation and analysis of data collected from the" two-factor theory "of the two for the" Maintenance Factors "and" Motivation Factors "point of view, analysis, evaluation this case study related to the possible success factors, and finally, based on the analysis of research and discovery to find " television quiz show program success factors" related to various factors, echoing the media industry, assessing program success is the most important programs of the two empirical "ratings" and "advertising", "television quiz show program success factors" link and interaction of various factors related to the next result is a program to promote high "ratings" and the full file "advertisement" in order to make specific conclusions of the assessment and follow-up recommendations.
