無線射頻標籤之前端電路整合研究

Integration of RF front-end antenna for RFID tag application

摘要


本論文研究無線射頻標籤前端電路,量測各項數值,研究其效能改進方法。此電路使用台積電所提供的1P6M 0.18um CMOS製程製作。儲能整流結構為能降低電晶體驅動電壓,不使用Triple-Well NMOSFET而採用Native NMOSFET,本論文探討Native NMOSFET之特性。此外,量測向後散射調變器另外提出改進方案。最後,並設計可工作於915MHz及2.4GHz之兩種變壓器期望能提升儲能結構之效率。

This thesis studies the Radio-frequency identification Front-End Integration research, measuring the value of circuit, study performance improving method. This circuit made by using the TSMC 0.18μm CMOS process. In order to reduce the transistor turn-on voltage, use Native NMOSFET instead of Triple-Well NMOSFET, This paper examines the characteristics of Native NMOSFET. Measured backward scattering modulator also proposed improvement program in addition. Finally, design two kind of transformer which can work on 915MHz and 2.4GHz, expect to improve the efficiency of energy storage structure.
