本研究係針對RFID讀取器天線設計的應用,頻率分別操作在1.1GHz與2.4GHz之雙頻段圓極化陣列天線。天線陣列使用貼片天線(patch antenna)為基本單元,實作上僅需使用FR-4玻璃纖維板以及空氣保麗龍當作支撐,大幅降低製作成本。以傳輸線連接單元方式損耗太大,改以探針饋入方式,可以避免傳輸線的損耗以及擁有良好的隔離度,更可避免傳輸線之間影響。為了在陣列天線中達到良好圓極化效果採用循序旋轉技術來處理,在雙頻操作上,主要利用兩陣列互相堆疊達成,在設計上創新之處在於,1.2GHz陣列天線當成2.4GHz的參考接地面,如此一來就可以減少一層接地面。 藉由3D Chamber得量測環境實際量測天線的增益,量測結果與模擬結果吻合。
The demand for RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) system is continuously increasing, the design and implementation of Dual-band Antenna Array with circularly polarization for UHF and microwave RFID reader application are presented in the thesis. Micro-strip patch antenna was chosen as the basic element for both bands. To avoid great loss on transmission line, probe feed operation is applied in this thesis. In order to achieve circularly polarization in array design, sequentially rotated technique was applied. The main novelty is that the 1.2GHz patch serve as the ground plane for 2.4GHz array which guaranteed the dual-band operation. We use simply fiberglass (FR-4) and foam to fabricate the system, cost down a lot. Measurement results agreed with simulation.
