現今以外觀導向的3C產品,消費者對產品的品質及安全的要求已達極致,傳統模具成型始終無法克服結合線的問題,對3C產品而言,由於外觀影響消費者所購買產品的第一印象,各大廠無不在產品外觀處理上持續的開發新的製程,以達到產品之獨特性。本研究使用模流分析搭配量產的模具前框,將以TV高光亮的前框(High gloss)使用蒸汽管路模具為基礎,分析產品縫(熔)合線之位置,模具設計與模流分析軟體(Moldflow)如何相結合,以探討蒸汽迴路與冷卻迴路之並行設計,且對照最終之成型品提出差異性,如何透過基本設定參數及設計值並與分析軟體相互搭配,以縮短開發流程。最終本文也將針對高光蒸汽模具之迴路設計做一結論,如何有效利用模流分析軟體(Moldflow)與實務經驗提出改善方案,以減少目前蒸汽模具之設計問題點。最後實驗結果衝擊實驗與拉伸試驗證明,使用蒸汽管路的RHCM與WHAM的鍵結強度優於傳統的成型加工方法,表面縫(熔)合線的淡化也優於傳統的成型加工方法,因此最佳改善縫(熔)合線的因子為;模具溫度應控制在120℃並且溫差不要超過10℃,兩相遇熔膠的夾角最好要大於130度,模具在縫(熔)合線的區域一定要排氣。
Now the 3C merchandise which specially focus in the ID-oriented field, the end user request the product quality and safety level to the highest ranking. The welding line issue became more difficult to be solved by the tradition injection machine and technology. For 3C merchandise, owing to the appearance is the first image to the end user, so each famous own brand company still keep researching new molding technology or process in the appearance of the merchandise in order to create the unique selling proposition in their merchandize. This analysis will be produced by using the moldflow analysis software for the steam pipe tooling of high gloss TV front bezel. To study how to make a according design between the steam pipe and cooling pipe loop by realize the welding line position during the process of co-working between tooling design and moldflow analysis software. And check with the final injection product and try to get a relation between software and actual product. In the meantime, we find the definition and design value of some parameter, if could be defined clear and be inputted the almost near the actual status, the welding line status of finally product will be more predictable. Therefore, it become very important to us to know how to actually define the parameter and input the value, so that we can save the development time. We also summarize the loop design of the high gloss tooling with the steam pipe, and how to make a effective utilization for the moldflow software, and provide corrective solution from failure experiences, so that to decrease tooling design problem. Finally, the experiment result show us, in the impact testing and tensile testing, the bonding strength of RHCM and WHAM which with steam pipe tooling is better than tradition injection tooling, so does the welding line. So, the best factor condition to improve the welding line is Tooling temperature keep 120±10℃.It would be better to let the angle of the junction between two hot melting plastic resin more than 130˚ .The tooling should be created an exhaust structure at the junction area of welding line。
