本論文主要目的在於台灣面臨少子化現況,學前教育機構面臨招收幼生不足之困境,應如何轉型優質化幼兒園之經營模式探討,從對內部實務發展與經營革新的園所軟硬體探討,至對外的教育資源利用及提升家長的教育觀為主軸,提供學齡前的教育領航者,即園長們邁向優質化的幼兒園的參考,亦能讓業務蒸蒸日上,避免少子化帶來的經營窘迫。 本研究採質性研究方法中的個案訪談法,歸納優質化經營的關鍵成功因素,研究對象選取桃園縣公立幼稚園、私立幼稚園、公立托兒所、私立托兒所之八位現職公、私立經營者進行訪談,分析探究走向優質幼兒園的重要關鍵之因應之道。 經過文獻與資料分析後本研究發現: 一、園所已經採用優質化經營方向者,目前尚未受到少子化衝擊之影響。 二、園所能建構課程特色,孩子受到尊重與快樂學習。 三、園所有計畫性地安排課程研習,教師的教學流暢創新,專業素養提升。 四、政府幼教資源分配增加,幼兒受惠,其受教權提高,家長也滿意。 五、園所家長參與親職教育講座與專家學者雙向溝通,都能認同特色課程教學。
Purpose of this essay is primarily to face the status quo of the low fertility in Taiwan. Institutes of the preschool education face the predicament of insufficiency to recruit toddlers. How to transform managing model of a kindergarten has to start from the internal practice development and the software and hardware used in the new innovative kindergartens, utilize the educational resource to enhance parents’ educational prospective, and provide navigators of the preschool education for team leaders’ references to walk toward a quality kindergarten, which is not only having the business on the thriving hand, but also avoiding the operational plight brought by low fertility. This study adopts the manner of individual interview subordinate to the qualitative researching methods, and generalizes the successful key factors to operate a qualify kindergarten. As to the researching objects, we select and interview eight incumbent proprietors in charge of the public and private kindergarten and nursery to analyze and explore their responsive approaches (as a focal crux) to walk toward a quality kindergarten. Upon analyses of references and data, the study discovers: 1. The kindergarten (or nursery) who adopted a quality managing direction has not been impacted by low fertility. 2. The curriculum traits established by the kindergarten (or nursery) are children being respected and able to learn happily. 3. The kindergarten (or nursery) schedules its course studies in a planned way; teachers’ instruction is innovative and smooth, and the professional accomplishment enhanced. 4. Increment of the preschool-education resource distribution provided by the government benefits toddlers, enhances their rights to education, and satisfies their parents. 5. Children’s parents join in parenting education seminars to reciprocate communications with experts and scholars; all of them agree with tuitions of the characteristic course.
