本論文研究之目的,在於探討轉換型領導與創新行為之關聯性,另以玩興為中介效果,觀察對此關係的影響。本研究以創新行為為依變數,轉換型領導為自變數,玩興為中介變數,探討轉換型領導透過玩興是否會影響創新行為。試圖釐清當中交互作用之關係,以提供企業經營者實務上的參考。 本研究採用問卷調查方式,問卷共發出400份,回收334份,有效問卷合計328份,回收率約為82%。利用SPSS統計軟體,進行描述性統計分析、信度分析、相關分析、變異數分析與迴歸分析來驗證本研究之假設。 本研究結果顯示: 一、轉換型領導對創新行為具有正向影響。 二、轉換型領導對玩興具有正向影響。 三、玩興對創新行為具有正向影響。 四、玩興於轉換型領導與創新行為間,具有中介效果。
The study was conducted to probe the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative behavior, and analyze the mediation of the influences of playfulness. The study makes individual innovative behavior as a dependent variable, using transformational leadership as an independent variable and playfulness as a mediating variable. We will explore how transformational leadership through playfulness effects innovative behavior. Through the study, practical suggestions are provided for managers. This study adopts the method of investigation through questionnaires, 400 questionnaires were distributed and 328 effective ones were returned. The rate of recovery is about 82%. SPSS was utilized to conduct Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Analysis of Variance, Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis for testing the hypotheses of this study. The results of the study are shown as following: 1.There are positive influences on transformational leadership and innovative behavior. 2.There are positive influences on transformational leadership and playfulness. 3.There are positive influences on playfulness and innovative behavior. 4.Playfulness has the intermediating effect between transformational leadership and innovative behavior.
