一般民眾對心理諮商治療接受度並不普遍,尤其在全民健康保險制度的推行後,更導致自費心理諮商服務之治療方案接受度不高;因此,本研究旨在探討醫療品質與知覺價格對應之病患滿意度與再購意願之關係,檢視病患對於某醫學中心的價格與醫療品質的整體評價與感受,以及各構面對於醫院之關聯性與影響。 本研究採用問卷調查方式進行,利用線性結構模式進行分析,以醫療服務品質及知覺價格理論為基礎架構,並且透過病患滿意度之變數來探討再診意願之間的因果關係。共計發出問卷149份,回收149份問卷,拒絕施作問卷17人。問卷回收後剔除無效問卷22份,有效問卷共110份。。 本研究結果發現:(1)醫療品質與病患滿意度有顯著相關。(2)知覺價格與病患滿意度有部份相關。(3)病患滿意度與再診意願有部份相關。(4)醫療品質對再診意願之關係,病患滿意度具有中介效果為部份成立。(5)知覺價格對再診意願之關係,病患滿意度具有中介效果為不成立。因此,本研究認為自費精神醫療及心理治療服務患者,在知覺價格上並非是病患主要關切,反而較在乎醫療品質服務是否符合病患所期待,而藉由醫療服務過程,產生再診意願。 本研究結果將可建議醫院在規劃提供自費精神醫療及心理治療服務時,應考量病患滿意度及醫療服務品質之策略,以提高病患再診率,做為醫院管理之參考。
General public acceptance is not common to the counseling treatment, In particular, after the implementation of universal health insurance system, people have become accustomed to out-patient charges for medical treatment in the National Health Insurance payment plan. Without their own expense, counseling services was often performed within physician treatment program. often, patients with mental status of perceive payment acceptance is not high; Therefore, this study is aims to explore the relationship between the medical quality and perceived price corresponds to patient satisfaction and repeated self purchase of examining patients for the price and quality of care of a medical center within overall evaluation and feelings, as well as various dimensions of relevance and impact of the hospital. This study proposes five assumptions and use of questionnaire validation, structural equation modeling to analyze the medical service quality and perceived price theory-based architecture, and patient satisfaction variables to explore the illingness of patient attending causality. Total of 149 questionnaires sent, recovery of 149 questionnaires. 17 people denied process of survey. The questionnaires were collected after removing 22 invalid questionnaires out of 110 valid questionnaires. The results showed as follows:(1) The quality of medical care and patient satisfaction were significantly related.(2) The perceived price is partly related to patient’s satisfaction.(3) Patient is partly related to satisfaction with the wishes of the re-consultation.(4) The quality of medical care relationship, patient satisfaction and willingness of re-consultation are within intermediary effect of establishment.(5) The mediating effect of the willingness attending between patient’s satisfactions was not established. Therefore, it is proposed that the patients who are willing to pay the psychotherapy and psychological medical care fees on their own care much about whether the medical case service could fit their expectations or not instead of the perceived price. In addition, the willingness to revisit generates in the process of medical care services According to the research results, it is suggested that when a hospital is planning its self-pay psychotherapy and psychological consultant services, it should take the strategies of the patients’ satisfaction and the medical care quality into consideration to raise the rate of revisiting and be the reference for the hospital management.
