創業家精神與企業社會責任之探討:以永光集團為例

摘要


「江山如此多嬌,引無數英雄競折腰。」自古英雄豪傑為了天下,競相爭奪,勝者為王,敗者為寇,有誰不想坐擁江山,一統天下。現今的創業家,在探索市場機會之後,才會展開創業行動,每位創業家都有不同的人格特質,不同的人格特質會直接影響企業的經營理念與企業文化,而經營理念與企業文化,則可以規範企業的價值觀和員工的行為風格,創業家的最大貢獻是創造就業機會與增進社會繁榮。 不少成功的創業家在企業穩定成長之後,心中深感應該取之於社會,用之於社會,因而開始積極推動企業善盡企業社會責任的理念,發揮創業家精神,以身作則,回饋社會,重視員工福利,落實環境保護,持續不斷推動企業社會責任,才能使企業獲得社會更多的支持,不僅創造更多的利潤,還能提升企業形象,進而更有餘力能回饋社會,達成企業永續經營的目標。 本研究是採用個案研究方法,並且透過訪談永光集團的員工,瞭解該集團的具體作法及執行成效,本研究期望可以達到以下四項目的:一、探討永光集團創辦人之創業家精神。二、分析永光集團如何藉由創業家精神的推動進而落實企業社會責任之發展。三、提供企業如何藉由企業社會責任的落實,提升企業形象,使企業永續發展。四、提供藍圖與作法做為中小企業相關之規劃及對企業社會責任的重視。

「This land so rich in beauty has made countless heroes bow in homage.」Since ancient times, heroes to the world, competing, winner be king, loser be bandit, who do not want sitting on the country, dominating the world. Today’s entrepreneurs, explore market opportunities will expand entrepreneurial activity, each entrepreneur has a different personality, different personality traits will directly affect the company’s business philosophy and corporate culture, business philosophy and corporate culture, you can standardize corporate values and employee behavior style, the greatest contribution of the entrepreneur create employment opportunities and enhance social prosperity. After build a successful and stable business, many people want feedback to this social. Therefore, they start to promote something about Corporate Social Responsibility actively. They spread entrepreneurship, do themselves, feedback to this social, pay attention to employee benefits, protect environment, continuing to promote Corporate Social Responsibility, in order to enable enterprises to access to social support, not only to create more profit, but also enhance the corporate image, and then more spare capacity to contribute to the community to reach the business continuity target. Case study was applied in the research, and specific practices and implementation of the effectiveness of the Group through interviews Everlight Group’s employees, the following four objectives were expected to be achieved: 1. To understand the Everlight Group the founder of entrepreneurship; 2. Analysis of the Everlight Group, how to through the promotion of entrepreneurship and then the implementation of the development of Corporate Social Responsibility; 3. Provides enterprise, how to through the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility, enhance corporate image, corporate sustainable development; 4. Provide a blueprint and practice as relevant to SMEs in the planning and emphasis on Corporate Social Responsibility.
