國內LED照明產業與廠商發展之研究

摘要


發光二極體(LED,Light Emitting Diodes)應用領域廣泛,隨著中大尺寸LED背光市場快速走向普及,LED產業的高毛利時代即將結束,國內LED廠商也正急於尋找LED的出海口,同時在節能減碳的風潮帶領下,LED照明將是人類照明史上繼白熾燈、螢光燈之後的一次飛躍,逐步成為照明產品21世紀的新世代主角。 LED產業從小尺寸LED背光模組及傳統燈飾的應用市場,進入中大尺寸LED背光應用及LED照明市場。未來幾年LED在背光模組與照明此二大應用領域,將逐年成長。各廠商看好此應用市場的發展性,形成了廠商競爭的環境,在此競爭環境下,不僅技術面不斷精進,在價格上也漸漸接近傳統光源的製造成本。 綜合上述,在新應用刺激需求前提下,LED產業前景雖然樂觀,但在進入門檻不高,且面板價格下跌與需求疲弱的情形下,各LED廠家紛紛積極進入較不熟悉照明產業發展;更有些廠家並企圖轉型企業經營模式,從LED零件生產製造轉變為照明品牌通路經營模式,希望能從製造業較微薄的加工利潤轉為自主照明產品規格的高利潤。 本研究將以照明經營為主要構面,分析國內LED廠家在照明之產業環境發展趨勢,並藉由探討產業的競爭優勢及可運用的資源,協助國內LED廠家找到在照明產業適當的發展策略,亦提供給國內同質企業在擬訂經營策略時的參考方向。

LED has long history of development and wide application scope. Along with the fast popularity of medium and large size LED backlighting market, the high net profit era of LED industry is going to end, hence, many domestic LED suppliers are eager to find an oversea market for LED; meanwhile, under the leading of the trend of energy saving and carbon reduction, LED lighting is going to be the main role of new generation of 21st century in the lighting product field, that is, it is going to be a great leap in human’s lighting history after incandescent lamp and fluorescent lamp. LED industry has changed from small size LED backlighting module and traditional lighting decorator application market to medium and large size LED backlighting application and LED lighting market. In the next few years, LED is going to have gradual growth year by year in two major application fields of backlighting module and lighting. Many enterprises have good expectation on this market; hence, a very competitive environment is formed. Under such competitive environment, not only the technology has advanced forwards a lot, but also the price has approached gradually to the price of traditional light source. Above, under the premise of new applications to stimulate demand, LED industry outlook is optimistic, but the barriers to entry are not high, and the lower panel prices and weaker demand, LED manufacturers have been actively enter less familiar with the development of the lighting industry; even more some manufacturers attempt to transition business model, from the LED components makers change to lighting brand channel business model, from the meager profits of manufacture processing to the higher profits of the independent decided to the lighting product specifications. In this study, will be lighting business operation as the main dimensions, the analysis of the development trend of domestic LED manufacturers in the lighting industry, environment, and find appropriate business operation in the lighting industry by discussing the case within the domestic LED industry competitive advantage and the resources available to help the case firms develop the strategy is also provided to the reference direction of domestic homogeneity in the formulation of business strategy.
