本研究之目的在於探討職場工作者之自卑感、自我效能與工作倦怠之關聯性研究。對象為以任職於北部之職場工作者為研究對象,產業類別包括製造業、服務業、金融保險業、資訊科技業、生技及醫療業、電子業、汽車業、生物化學、其他等,各部門的員工。研究工具包括自卑感調查表和自我效能與工作倦怠量表等;共發出320份問卷,有效回收問卷計307份,有效問卷之回收率為95.9%。 資料分析採用 SPSS18.0中文視窗版統計軟體版套裝軟體進行資料建檔與統計分析及結構方程模式統計軟體AMOS18.00英文視窗版來進行資料的處理與分析的工作。根據統計的數據應用三種工具進行分析,包括描述性統計、信?分析與結構方程模式分析等方法來驗證個體之自卑感、自我效能與工作倦怠之相關性。研究結果發現職場工作者的自卑感與自我效能有顯著正相關;職場工作者的自卑感與工作倦怠(包括情緒耗竭、情感疏離、成就感降低)有顯著正相關;職場工作者自我效能與工作倦怠有顯著負相關。
The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among sense of inferiority, self-efficacy and burnout of employees in Taiwan. The participants of this study were the employees of all departments in the northern industrial companies including manufacturing, services, finance and insurance, information technology, biotechnology and medical industry, electronic industry, automobile industry and biochemistry. Research tools include table of inferiority complex investigation, self-efficacy and job burnout inventory. A total of 320 questionnaires were collected with 95.9% return rate. The data were analyzed by the SPSS18.0 and AMOS18.00. The results showed that there was a significantly positive correlation between inferiority and level of self-efficacy of employees; Also, there was a significantly positive correlation between the sense of inferiority and employees’ burnout . More ever, there was a negative correlation between self-efficacy of employees and employees’ burnout.
