網際網路的普及改變人們的生活型態,尤其是大學生上網已成為重要的一部份,大學生每日上網的時數在2小時以上者佔總人數的46%,但每星期運動或從事戶外活動的時數則多數僅1~3小時。大學是習慣養成的重要階段,更是培養健康行為的最好時機,過去有許多的學者研究健康促進活動與健康生活型態的相關因素,但是卻少見研究如何提升大學生參與健康促進活動的意願。為了探討此議題,並提升大學生參與健康促進活動的意願,本研究以使用人數最多的社群網站-Facebook為研究標的,探討學校若運用大學生經常使用的社群媒體,宣傳學校舉辦的健康促進活動,是否提升學生參與活動的意願。 為探討大學生對學校Facebook的認知,以及使用學校Facebook的意願會受到哪些因素的影響,並進而了解其對於大學生從學校Facebook接收資訊後,參與健康促進活動的意願,本研究應用修正後的社會資本-科技接受與使用整合模式(Social Capital - UTAUT)作為研究架構,並以結構方模式分析方式進行假設驗證。 本研究母群體為北部地區某技術學院有使用該校Facebook社團專頁之在學學生,採便利抽樣方式進行,共回收264份問卷,有效問卷216份。研究結果發現,使用學校Facebook接收活動訊息的意願確實會正向且顯著的影響大學生參與健康促進活動的意願。而在社會資本-科技接受與使用整合模式構面方面,「績效期望」、「促進條件」以及社會資本中的「社會延伸」構面,會正向影響大學生使用學校Facebook的意願。但是在「預期努力」、「社會凝聚」以及「社會整合」構面則並未顯著影響大學生使用學校Facebook的意願。本研究之結果與建議可作為未來大專校院推動健康促進活動之參考。
Internet use has changed the life style of all the popularity, especially college students. The Internet has become a part of their life. 46% of the total number of college students’ daily access to the Internet more than two hours, but the exercise time spend of a week or engaged in outdoor activities only 1 to 3 hours per week. College period is an important stage to build the habits of healthy behaviors. In order to explore this issue, and to enhance the willingness of college students to participate in health promotion activities, this study use the largest number of social networking sites-Facebook, to explore if the school use Facebook to promote health promotion activities, impact on the willingness of students to participate in health promotion activities. In this study, the application of the revised social capital - Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology model (Social Capital-UTAUT), and the Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis for hypothesis testing. The sampling population was school students use the school page on Facebook, and using convenience sampling, 264 questionnaires were collected for a northern technical college, 216 valid questionnaires. The results showed that, college students use the school page on Facebook and willingness to receive information indeed positive and significant impact on to participate in health promotion activities willingness. In terms of social capital - UTAUT, the "Performance Expectancy", "Facilitating Conditions" and social capital "social extension" dimensions, positive impact on the willingness of college students use the school page on Facebook. But in the "Effort Expectancy" and "social Coherence", "social Integration" dimensions did not showed significantly affects the willingness of students using the school page on Facebook. The results of this study can be used as colleges to promote health activities as a reference for the future.
