志願服務內涵、完美主義、參與動機與生活滿意度之探討

摘要


在通過了志願服務法後,我國志願服務工作參與日漸蓬勃,突顯出各界對於志工們的重視,人與人之間的距離縮短了,進而提升社會和諧的各種成效。國內目前志工團體種類繁多,雖然針對保健志工的研究並不少見,但是針對疾病、情緒甚至自身染病危機的工作環境,保健志工們對自身安全維護與心靈自我提升的使命,在其艱險的志願服務工作環境之下仍無畏懼的參與,這其中參與的動機仍然是令人好奇的,尤其是志願服務深層內涵的認知,背景特質與完美主義人格關係的探討視為本研究之主因。 非營利組織是以志工為主要人力來源,因此志工管理常常是兢兢業業的經營,醫療院所的志工組織是較龐大的、社區的志工人數較少且組織也較不完整,但都屬於非營利組織,人與人的相處、自我提升甚至價值觀的認知,常出現許多的期待,因此本研究以參與動機對生活滿意度之關連性為題,並以各種場所的保健志工為研究對象,期望研究結果可提供各醫療保健單位和機構志工帶領和管理實務的參考。 本研究在蒐集資?與分析方面,主要採取問卷調查方法。問卷調查對象係以醫院、養護機構和健康服務中心的社區保健志工進?普查,共發出300份問卷,回收298份,有效回收率99.3%。資料分析採用 SPSS17.0軟件版本。 根據統計的數據分析,進行描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、及逐步迴歸分析方法來預測保健志工參與動機。本研究共歸納出以下的重要研究結果:(1)個人背景對志願服務內涵、完美主義、參與動機與生活滿意度都有不同程度差異。(2)志願服務內涵與參與動機之間具顯著相關性。 (3)完美主義與參與動機具顯著相關性。(4)參與動機對生活滿意度具顯著關聯性。

After the Volunteers’ Act was passed, volunteer participation becomes vigorous and volunteers are valued in various walks of life. The distance between people has been shortened and harmony of the society has been raised. Though we have many different volunteer groups in Taiwan, we don’t have much study focus on health recognition of volunteers. Under the working environment exposing to diseases, emotion, volunteers have to protect themselves and meet the mission of self-promotion. The working environment is full of challenge, but they are fearless to take part in all these volunteers’ activities. We are curious about their motivation of participation. The purpose of this studywas to examine the relationships of the recognition of volunteer in-deep content, background and perfectionism personality.Most of workers in non profit organization come from volunteers, so we have to be cautious and conscientious on volunteers’ management. The volunteer organization is huge in medical institutions, however, volunteers are less and not so well-organized in the communities. They are all non-profit organization. We have expectations on volunteers’ relationship, self-promotion and recognition of values in-deep content. This studywas to examine the relationships of motivation of participation and volunteer in-deep content. Our participants are health volunteers in different locations. I expected the results of this study can offer to the medical institutions and volunteer managements. The study used of self-report survery to collect data. Theparticipants were health volunteers in hospitals, senior citizens’ homes and health service centers. 300 questionnaires are released and 298 copies are returned. The overall response ratewas 99.3%. The data analysis SPSS17.0 was used. The data analysis procedure included descriptive Statistics, One Way Analysis of Variance, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, and Stepwise Regression Analysis to predict the motivation of volunteers. We have following results:(1)Personal backgrounds showed differences of motivation of participation, volunteer service in-deep content, Perfectionism personality, and life satisfaction. (2) Motivation of participation and volunteer service in-deep content showed singificant effect (3) Perfectionism personality and motivation of participation showed significant effect (4) Motivation of participation and life satisfaction showed singificant effect.
