本研究的目的在了解男性部屬對於女性主管領導效能的知覺,並探究其與完美主義及壓力因應方式之間的關連性。對象為北部地區某軍事機關及進修國軍深造教育的現役志願役軍官為主,研究工具包括近乎完美量表、壓力因應量表、領導效能量表及工作績效量表等;共發出360份問卷,回收321份(其中12份為無效問卷),有效回收率85.8%。資料分析採用SPSS17.0軟件版本。根據統計的數據分析,進行描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關係數及分層多元迴歸分析法來預測女性主管領導效能。研究結果發現:(1)完美主義與領導效能之間有顯著關聯性存在。(2)壓力因應與領導效能之間有顯著關聯性存在。
The purpose of the study is to understand the perception of male employees on the leadership effectiveness of female leaders, and to delve the correlation among the perception of male, perfectionism, and coping style. The participants of the study are commissioned officers of voluntary military service who are either serving in a certain military organ of northern Taiwan,or undertaking military continuing education. The methods of the study include the Almost Perfect Scale(A.P.S),the Stress Coping Scale(S.C.S), the Leadership Effectiveness Scale(L.E.S), and the Job Performance Scale(J.P.S). Three hucdred sixty questionnaire surverys have been issued,and three hundred twenty-one have been returned,including twelve invalids.The effective recovery ratio is eighty-five point eight percent. The SPSS Statistics Version 17.0 is utilized to analyze these data. According to the statistics of the data, a number of analysis procedures, including the Descriptive Statistics, the One Way Analysis of Variance(ANOVA), the Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlations, and the Hieratical Miltiple Regression were conducted to predict the leadership effectiveness of female leaders. The results of the study reveal that: First, a remarkable relationship consists in the perfectionism and the leadership effectiveness. Second, a remarlable relationship consists in the perfectionism and the leadership effectiveness.
