This thesis is selecting a building fire occurred in C h u-T u n g as research object, because there are many similar fire accidents occurred in Taiwan. The indoor decoration of these houses often used flammable materials and lacking of fire-fighting equipment and knowledge often caused huge losses of human life and property. This thesis utilizes CFAST zone model and FDS field model to simulate the fire accident occurred in C h u-T u n g. Computational method has been used to study the temperature distribution, gas layer height and concentration of carbon monoxide in the fire site and explore the major parameters effect on the fire scene. The result expects to improve the fire protection ability in a building house.
