摘要


供應商評選是屬於多準則決策問題。對製造或服務業而言,選擇適當的上游供應商是企業成功的關鍵因素,它可有效降低材料採購成本、增加下游客戶的滿意度、並且可改善企業的競爭力。回顧相關研究文獻,多數都偏向供應商評選方法之研究,對於評選準則項目為因應環境變化而大量增加,造成關鍵指標被稀釋,因而可能影響到供應商選取的結果,此方面問題值得進行相關的探討。 本研究將供應商評選準則依其重要性,區分為主要準則與次要準則分別加以評價,以避免主要準則權重遭稀釋之疑慮。並分別以田口修正型損失函數及分析網路程序法獲得候選供應商之評價成績及權重,最後再透過供應商地圖及類神經網路整合主要及次要準則之評價結果來選取供應商。以此方式建立供應商評選模型,決策者可依企業的需求挑選到最佳的合作夥伴,有效提升企業競爭力。本研究並以無自有工廠之驅動積體電路供應商為例說明本研究所提出之供應商評選模式運作流程,驗證其有效性。經實例驗證,本研究提出之供應商評選模式,是可以有效地挑選出提升企業競爭力供應商的方法。

The assessment of suppliers belongs to the multi criteria decision making issue. Selecting the appropriate upstream suppliers is the key success factors for all enterprises. It can effectively reduce the procurement costs, increase downstream customer’s satisfaction, and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Reviewed relevant research literature, most of them focused on the method of supplier’s selection. It is worth to study that the weights of critical selecting criteria are diluted by the numerous criteria emerged due to environmental changes. This research distinguishes the selecting criteria of suppliers for two classes, major and minor, according to their importance. The two classes of criteria evaluated separately to avoid doubts in the critical weights diluted. And the corrected Taguchi loss function and the analytical network process method be used to evaluated the candidate supplier’s performances and weights, and finally the supplier map and the artificial neural network integrate the major and minor criteria evaluation results to select a suitable supplier. By this way to establish the model of supplier’s selection, the decision makers could choose the right partners according to their needs, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The proposed approach was demonstrated and validated with the fabless driver IC supplier. Suppliers can be effectively selected to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
