This research done mainly bases on Tao Yuan district job seekers (production workers or machine operators), subjects are principally on the candidates which desire to become a manufacturing worker or is already one. Using SPSS 18.0 for Windows Chinese version software as statistical analysis tool, in conjunction with means and methods of Descriptive Statistic Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis, t-test, one way ANOVA, Regression Analysis, post hoc etc, to process all the data collected. These results I hope to use as reference and a direction to follow in selection during the recruitment for the employment seekers, at the same time it can be served as a guideline to get to know more on the personality traits of each manufacturing laborer in determine whether this worker is fit for such position.
