政府機關透過醫院評鑑機制來評估醫院經營管理及醫療品質的優劣,藉由評鑑過程,協助醫院發現問題進而改善;因此,醫院開始導入知識管理系統,將醫院文件及各項資料妥善管理及運用,以提升醫院各部門的行政效率,使員工能將時間運用在實際醫療作業中;但是知識管理系統須依組織特性規劃設計,新系統導入對醫院而言,亦是一筆龐大金額的成本支出,故其效益性勢必為醫院管理者所重視。 本研究採質性研究方法,以半結構性問卷進行訪談,研究訪談對象為三所區域級以上教學醫院之醫院評鑑規劃人員、系統使用者及系統規劃人員。 本研究發現:(1)醫院導入知識管理系統的關鍵在於醫院高階主管的支持;(2)使用者的行為影響知識管理系統之適用性;(3)醫院使用知識管理系統應用於醫院評鑑準備作業是有必要性及效益性。本研究結果將可建議醫院管理者未來建置知識管理系統之參考及系統廠商未來導入醫院知識管理系統之策略,以提升知識管理系統之效益。
The government of health department evaluates pros and cons of hospital operation and Healthcare Quality by hospital accreditation. According to hospital accreditation, the management of hospital could identify problems and thus improve. Therefore, the management starts to bring in Knowledge Management System which collects and analyzes dates to improve administrative efficiency of the various departments, so that staffs can spend more time on medical operations. However, knowledge management system should be designed by hospital characteristics, and bringing new system into hospital also costs a lot of money. Hence, its effectiveness is bound to be important for hospital administrators. This study used Qualitative Research Methodology and Semi-structural Interviews as method. Manager of hospital accreditation, system designer and user of three regional teaching hospitals are the objects of the interviews. At the conclusion of the study, three results are: 1. The key to implement knowledge management system is the support of hospital executives. 2. User’s behavior would impact applicability of knowledge management system. 3. It is essentially and efficiently to implement knowledge management system in preparing for hospital accreditation. The conclusion of this study could provide hospital executives as references; give system supplier as strategies, enhance the effectiveness of knowledge management system.
