受惠於資通訊技術的發達與普及,數位內容產業早已成為新世紀的明星新興產業,過去以紙本為主的出版業逐漸受到挑戰,尤其在各式各樣的電子載具興起,及電子書的閱讀型態逐漸受到歡迎之後,有越來越多業者不得不考慮導入內容管理系統,對紙本出版的內容轉變為數位出版的應用。 然而,導入新的系統對一個組織而言,必然會造成其企業流程造成改變及影響,而本研究的目的即以個案分析的方式,深入探討個案公司在導入內容管理系統後,對其企業流程所造成的改變與影響,並了解其在導入的過程中,所實際遭遇的困難及挑戰。本研究的研究結果如下: 1.就個案公司整體而言,內容管理系統的導入有助於整體工作效率的提升,並發展出Tripass景點家的全新服務模式。 2.個案公司所實際遭遇的困難與挑戰在於:須同時考量電子書的對應計畫、數位版權的取得、服務模式的價值鏈的形塑、需大量投注資源,以及加強組織成員對新系統的接受。 3.內容管理系統導入前導入後,流程上最大的差別就在於任何內容都能以XML結構化標記後再儲存於內容管理系統的資料庫。元件化處理之後的內容,使編輯人員得以更加迅速有效率的完成工作並做多元化的運用,更可方便的應用到各式的出版平台上。
Benefit from ICT development and popularization, the digital industry has already become the star of new century, paper-based publishing industry is gradually being challenged, especially, in a variety of electronic, and e-book reading pattern has been growing, more and more businesses have to consider the implement of content management systems, shift paper-published to digital- published. However, implementing the new system will result in business process changes and impacts for an organization. The purpose of this study is utilizing case study to explore the influence and how publishing process changes, the difficulties and challenges encountered when a company implemented a content management system. The results of this study are as follows: 1.In this case, the implementing of the content management systems contributes to improve working efficiency, and develops a new service model. 2.The difficulties and challenges of the cases is that: “The electronic-publishing and paper- publishing should be worked out simultaneously”, “The acquisition of digital rights”, “Developing the value chain of a new service model”, “Demands for capita-intensive”, “Improving the acceptance of the new system in an organization”. 3.The most conspicuous difference between pre-implement and after implementing the new system is that the application of XML. After elemental deconstructed by XML,the editors can improving working efficiency and apply the “content” to varied publish platform conveniently.
