電腦醫令警示系統之介面可用性滿意度調查及忽略行為分析-- 以某區域教學醫院為例

摘要


隨著資訊科技的發展與運用,絕大多數醫療院所都已經使用電腦化醫令系統取代傳統看診方式。 利用電腦資訊協助建立一系列的病人安全防護網已是醫院減少疏失與危險傷害的有效作法。其中藥品開立及檢驗值異常的相關警示、提示系統,已被證實成效良好。警示、提示系統在設計上若未考量介面使用性及人機互動,可能會導致警示、提示系統的忽略行為,反而造成醫療或用藥疏失,而影響使用者對操作系統之滿意度及接受度。 本研究旨在探討醫師對於電腦醫令警示系統介面可用性滿意度調查及忽略行為的分析;包含介面設計可用性、決策形成、操作時間等三大面向。 人員之基本屬性與介面可用性、決策形成、操作時間相關因素分析,以及介面可用性、決策形成、操作時間與整體滿意度相關性之分析。本研究透過問卷調查進行探討,回收有效問卷共103份、有效回收率為94%。資料經統計分析後,結果並如下:工作職別對電腦醫令警示系統介面可用性的程度有影響;工作職別及訓練醫院層級對醫令警示系統決策形成、操作時間滿意度有影響;而醫令警示系統介面設計可用性滿意度及決策形成、操作時間滿意度會影響整體的滿意度,成正相關。本研究整理出針對醫令警示系統介面設計、連結等功能之建議、使用上常見之問題及改善方式,以供後續規劃電腦醫令警示系統之參考。

With the development and applications of information technology,, most hospital and clinics have adopted the computerized physician order entry (CPOE) systems instead of the traditional manner of inquiry The use of computer information to assist in the establishment of patient safety and reduce negligence and risks is an effective way in hospitals. The purpose of research is to analyze overriding behavior by acceptance and satisfaction of CPOE system interface by physicians. This survey included interface usability, policy decision and operating time interface usability and satisfaction with CPOE. Analyzing the correlation between the overall satisfaction and thr interface practicality, formation of policy decisions and operating time. We used questionnaires to collect the data in our study and 103 valid questionnaires were returned with a return rate of 94%. After analyzing the questionnaires reply, these results were discussed painstalingly. And it was concluded as follows. In the staff-attributes, job title have the influence on the CPOE reminder system interface. Job titles and degree of training hospitals have the influence on the satisfaction of the formation of policy decisions and the operating time of CPOE reminder systems. The reminder system interface, formation of the policy decisions and operating time has the influence on the satisfication, both of them reveal the positive correlation. At the COPE reminder systeminterface, the common problem in use, the corresponding resolutions as references for the further decision and planning of the COPE reminder system interface.
