光學式血糖試片製作參數與效能之研究

摘要


本論文結合旋光外差干涉術與葡萄糖氧化酵素(Glucose oxidase, GOx)對於葡萄糖專一的優點,設計傳感系統量測葡糖糖水與血清樣品 (NIST, SRM 965a)之糖濃度。根據實驗結果,歸納出感測器最佳GOx佈值濃度及酸鹼度,感測器之製作參數分別為GOx佈值濃度為150 ?g/ml、酸鹼度為7。由實驗結果顯示,本研究之血清反應時間優於 3.5秒,解析度可達到1.85 mg/dl且重複使用次數超過50次。

In this study, we integrated the circular heterodyne interferometer and a low-cost glucose sensor. The glucose sensor was fabricated glucose oxidase (GOx) onto a glass substrate with immobilized technique. According to the experiment analysis, the critical parameters of the sensor fabrication could be obtained. In summary, the concentration and pH value of the GOx are 150 ug/ml and 7 for the measurement of the glucose concentration in serum (NIST, SRM 965a). Based on the measurement results, we found that the response time of the sensor can be shorter than 3.5 seconds and reusable over 50 times with appropriate cleaning procedure. Besides, the best resolution of this method can be preserved for a wide measurement range (0 ~ 400 mg/dl) of 1.85 mg/dl and show a good linearity behavior of the calibration curve.
