追求和諧是華人重要的文化價值觀之一,但對於和諧的看法有兩種不同的觀點。一是認為和諧是維護社會和平與團結的因素,另外一種則是認為維持和諧會造成了妥協與退讓的表現。故本研究根據和諧的雙元模式將和諧分為促進和諧與避免分化兩種,將不同的和諧價值觀放入團隊研究中,探討團隊成員的和諧價值觀將如何影響團隊工作與團隊效能,並以團隊溝通為中介變項。 本研究使用問卷調查法,收回47組台灣地區企業組織工作團隊樣本。經過統計分析之後,發現促進和諧對於團隊績效與團隊凝聚力皆有顯著正向的影響,且團隊溝通對於促進和諧與團隊績效及團隊凝聚力有中介效果。而避免分化僅對團隊績效有顯著正向的預測效果,而溝通對於避免分化與團隊績效則沒有中介效果。
Pursuit harmony is one of the key values of Chinese culture, but there are two different viewpoints of harmony. One is regarding harmony as a way to keep the social peace and unity. The other one is viewed the harmony will cause the compromise and concession. Therefore, the study put different harmony value into team research and to explore how the members’ harmony value impacts the team effectiveness. According the duel-model of harmony, the harmony can be separated to two types, harmony enhancement and disintegrated avoidance, and as team communication as mediating effect. The study use questionnaire survey, and 47 teams data were returned from Taiwan enterprise and organization. According the analysis, Harmony Enhancement value is positive with team performance and team cohesiveness, and the team communication has mediating effects of enhancement, team performance and team cohesiveness. Disintegrated avoidance is positive with team performance, but team communication can’t be the mediator of disintegrated avoidance and team performance.
