The earthquake is one of the most dangerous catastrophic events of natural occurring phenomenon. Occurring anywhere and anytime, an earthquake is the sudden slip on a fault. The consequential instantaneous emission of energy in the shape of seismic waves that was previously accumulated in a fault triggers this phenomenon. There are many reasons for this emission of energy, and many different types of faults in many different parts of the world. Some earthquakes that occur in particular areas become the main trigger for the occurrence of other earthquakes in the general proximity of the main starter. In other word, the earthquake which is called a dependent earthquake may depend on another earthquake which occurred few minutes before. In this work, we propose an algorithm PADE, Prediction Algorithm for Dependent Earthquake, which predicts the occurrence of the dependent earthquakes in particular areas, with probable damage scales and possible time in the presents of frequent earthquake situations.
