目前在探討訓練遷移的研究中,與網路從業人員相關的研究相當少,這是由於全球資訊網是這近二十年才普及使用,所以網路技術的工作是現在的新興趨勢,加上過往的研究標的大多集中於傳統產業的工作人員。因此,本研究目的在研究網路從業人員的訓練遷移狀況。 為了探究此議題,本研究從過去學者的文獻中發展出研究模組,並以網路從業人員為研究標的,透過網路平台發放線上問卷回收樣本,而後使用迴歸分析驗證本研究之研究模組。 研究結果發現受訓者的參訓動機會影響他們的訓練遷移狀況,而參訓動機又受到工作投入與工作特性的正向影響,然而組織承諾同時影響參訓動機以及訓練遷移,卻不干擾參訓動機影響訓練遷移的過程。
The purpose in this research is to investigate the state of network practitioners' training transfer. Researches in exploring training transfer related to network practitioners are few. Because the World Wide Web has been generally used in recently two decades, the jobs adopting network technology becomes a new trend. And the past research targets focused on employees in traditional industry. To explore the issue, this research developed research model based on past literatures and adopted network practitioners as the research target, and using online platform to develop online questionnaire and collect samples. The research method adopts regression analysis to analyze the samples and hypotheses. The research findings show that the trainees’ training motivation affects their training transfer, and job involvement and job characteristics have positive and significant influences upon their training motivation. However, organizational commitment influences training motivation and training transfer, but it doesn’t interference the process of training motivation to training transfer.
