應用感性工程方法於產品設計及製程之評估

摘要


隨著科技的進步快速,電子產品普及化,導致電子產品汰舊換新的速度越來 越迅速,為了快速應對市場的需求,產品在初始設計就需全盤考慮其影響因素, 才能視不同情況快速判斷決策。又由於個人意識的抬頭,使用者對產品的要求, 不在只是產品的功能性,還有其外在美感,外觀已成為消費者購買的關鍵之一, 因此現今的產品設計,必須能夠同時符合消費者的感性需求和功能需求。 產品造型是影響消費者感性認知最關鍵因素,設計者必須了解消費者想要的 感性需求,將其導入設計決策,並清楚地了解,設計決策會如何影響尺寸、功能、 材料、製程、組裝。 本研究可分為三階段,第一階段主要是,收集產品資料和其感語彙。第二階 段,為利用感性問卷來評估並量化消費者的觀感,並利用數量化一類建立產品外 型要素與感性語彙的關係。第三階段是導入相關成本,並分析出各感性方案之可 行性和效益。建立設計原則,減少設計人員與消費者之間的認知差異,替設計者、 消費者、製造者,三者之間建立一個溝通介面。

With the rapid progress of technology and the popularity of electronic products, the replacement rate of electronic products is increasing rapidly. In order to make decision and meet the needs of the market, initial design of products must consider all impact factors. Due to the requirements of the personal consciousness, the users consider not only the product's features, but also its appearance. Appearance of electronic products has become one of the keys for consumer purchases. Therefore, product design must be able to meet the emotional needs and functional requirements of consumers. The form of products is the most critical factor affecting consumer perception. Designers must understand the emotional needs of consumers, design them into product and be clearly aware of the design decisions will affect the size, function, materials, processes and assembly. The study has been divided into three phases. The first stage is to collect production information and image words. The second stage is to analyze the relationship between form element and product image with Quantification Theory Type I. The third stage considers the cost and analyzes the feasibility and efficiency of the emotional program. The goal is to build the rule of design for reducing the cognitive differences between designers and consumers and establishing a communication interface among designers, consumers, manufacturers.
